All products are made-to-order, which means production begins as soon as your order is placed.

Typical production times are 2–7 business days before your order is shipped.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been fulfilled and shipped.
Shipping Times

We currently ship only within the United States.

Standard delivery times are typically 3–6 business days after fulfillment.

Please note: shipping times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside our control.
Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the products in your order and your shipping address.

We may occasionally offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly marked at checkout.
Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. Please allow up to 24–48 hoursfor tracking details to update.
Wrong Address or Returned Packages

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, re-shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery for lost packages).

We will work with Printful and the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
