Thank you for shopping with Seeker Shop! Every order is custom-made through our fulfillment partner, Printful. Please review our shipping information below.

Order Processing

  • All products are made-to-order, which means production begins as soon as your order is placed.

  • Typical production times are 2–7 business days before your order is shipped.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been fulfilled and shipped.

Shipping Times

  • We currently ship only within the United States.

  • Standard delivery times are typically 3–6 business days after fulfillment.

  • Please note: shipping times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside our control.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the products in your order and your shipping address.

  • We may occasionally offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly marked at checkout.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. Please allow up to 24–48 hoursfor tracking details to update.

Wrong Address or Returned Packages

  • Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, re-shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery for lost packages).

  • We will work with Printful and the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
